Free delivery in the UAE: the minimum order at each store

"Free delivery" in the UAE rarely means every order. Most stores set a minimum order value, it differs from one store to the next, and some add separate rules for furniture or same-day delivery. We collected what each store states on its own pages — every figure comes with a link to that page and the date we read it.

The table: when delivery becomes free

Each row is quoted as the store's page puts it for delivery inside the UAE, without filling in what it does not say:

Behind the number

• Furniture can be its own category. Mamas & Papas offers free delivery above AED 300 on non-furniture items; furniture is free above AED 2000 and AED 200 below that.
• The minimum is for standard delivery. Same-day delivery is a separate service with its own fee: AED 40 at Bath & Body Works and AED 45 at Victoria's Secret.
• Store pickup has a lower minimum. Above AED 49 at Bath & Body Works and above AED 99 at Victoria's Secret.

What about noon?

The delivery-fee page at Noon states no minimum for free delivery — it lists fees by delivery type in the UAE: AED 11–15 for next-day, AED 14–19 for same-day and AED 11 for small orders. Its two pages disagree on the cash-on-delivery fee: AED 13 in the fee table, AED 10 on the cash-on-delivery page — the final amount shows at checkout.

The minimum and your discount code

A code lowers the total, and can lower it below the minimum. An AED 180 order at a store whose minimum is AED 169 and whose fee is AED 25: a 10% code brings it to AED 162, and if the minimum is counted after the discount you pay AED 25 in delivery — more than the AED 18 you saved. So:

1. Apply the code first, then check in the basket that the order is still above the minimum.
2. If it fell just below, weigh the delivery fee against a small item you actually need.
3. If a store is near you, pickup's lower minimum can make the threshold irrelevant.

To compare the stores themselves, see all UAE stores or the UAE home page. The table is built from our records of each store's pages, not typed by hand — when a store changes its minimum, its row changes when we next read that page.
