Online Shopping Sites in the UAE: Delivery and Returns

Which online shopping site in the UAE is "the best"? It depends on what you are buying. A store with a low free-delivery minimum suits someone ordering one item; a store with easy returns suits someone who has not tried the size — and they may not be the same store.

So we do not rank stores by opinion. For every store whose UAE policies we have read on its own pages, we set out what changes your decision before you pay: when delivery becomes free, the return terms, and what cash on delivery costs — each with the date we read it, because these terms change. Amounts are in UAE dirhams, as the stores state them.

How to use this page

• Start with what you are buying: the stores are grouped by what they sell.
• If your order is small, the free-delivery minimum decides more than the discount does. The minimum at each store is in free delivery in the UAE.
• A term missing from a store is one we have not read on its pages, so we do not fill it in.

What you will not find here

We have read the policies of fewer UAE stores than Saudi ones, and a store missing from this page is not a bad store: it means we have not read its policies yet. Nor do we list discount codes here; the active ones for each store are on its page, with their conditions.

For other stores and their offers, browse all UAE stores, or start from the UAE home page.
