Usage & validity
- What you are actually buying
- The company runs physical weight-management branches in Saudi Arabia and sells programmes — an in-branch assessment, a body-composition measurement by a licensed dietitian, a diet plan, individual follow-up and supporting products — alongside plain product orders
- Cancelling a programme
- A full refund is possible only while no consultation has taken place and no products have been delivered; after the assessment, the plan, or any products, the refund is calculated on what was provided up to that date
- The app
- Every feature is free to any registered user, and buying a programme or product unlocks nothing inside it — what you pay for is delivered in the physical world
- Age
- 18 or over to open an account, buy a programme or place an order
- Results
- The store states that it promises and guarantees no result, and that what other members report is their own experience

Payment methods
- Prices
- In Saudi riyals and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Delivery fees
- Shown before you confirm the order
- Instalments
- Through Tabby or Tamara, independent companies licensed by the Saudi Central Bank; the store extends no credit, sets no instalment terms and charges no late fees
- Refunding an instalment order
- Goes back to the payment provider, which adjusts your instalment schedule under its own terms

Returns policy
- The stated return window
- 48 hours from receiving the order; after that the store states it cannot offer a refund or exchange
- And your statutory right above it
- The terms page states that the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its regulations allow a return within 7 days of delivery provided you have not used the product, and states plainly that where the law grants you a better right, that right is the one that applies
- Condition required
- Unused, unopened, seal intact, in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase
- Opened food products
- Not returnable on health and safety grounds unless defective — opening the tub is final
- Clearance offers
- Neither exchangeable nor cancellable
- Return fee
- Deducted from the refund; the store does not state the amount
- Damaged, defective, wrong or expired
- Contact them with the order number and a photo of the item and its packaging; a replacement or a full refund including delivery is arranged at no cost to you
- Late delivery
- If the delay exceeds what the Saudi E-Commerce Law permits, you may cancel the order and recover the full amount
- Cash on delivery
- If you paid cash or by card on delivery, you supply your bank account details to be refunded

Is Almaithaly right for you?
Who it suits
Someone who knows the supplement they want, orders it to use it, and can inspect the parcel the same day. The company runs physical branches in Saudi Arabia, so anyone who wants to see a product before buying can. And if an item arrives damaged, defective, expired or wrong, the store covers the replacement or a full refund including delivery.
When it isn't worth it
The stated return window is 48 hours from delivery — two days — so if you are travelling, or take the parcel in without opening it, the window can close before the box does. (The terms page itself says the law allows a return within 7 days of delivery provided the product is unused, and that your statutory right prevails where it is better — so rely on it if you are past the two days.) Do not buy anything here to taste it: opened food products cannot be returned on health grounds unless defective, and opening one is final. Clearance items can be neither exchanged nor cancelled, and a return fee is deducted from the refund without its amount being published. If you are buying a programme rather than a product, mind this: a full refund is possible only before any consultation has happened and before any product is delivered; after that it is pro-rated. The store itself states that it promises and guarantees no result, and asks you to consult your doctor first — and requires it if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18 or over 65, or have diabetes, insulin resistance, kidney, liver or cardiovascular disease, a thyroid disorder or an eating disorder.
How to apply a Almaithaly discount code
Step 1: Read the conditions on the cards above and copy the coupon code that fits what you are buying — the largest percentage is not always the one that saves you most. Step 2: Shop on the official Almaithaly website and fill your cart. Step 3: At checkout, paste the code into the "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field and apply it. The new total appears before you confirm the order, so check it there. If the code is rejected, try the next one on the list and use the report button on the card that failed.
What to check before you pay
Three things worth checking before you order at Almaithaly. First, whether the discount is capped: a code advertised at 20% with a ceiling of 50 in local currency is worth 50, not 20% of a large basket. Second, whether it is cashback rather than money off — cashback arrives after the purchase clears, so the amount you pay at the till is unchanged. Third, the free-shipping threshold, because delivery on a small order can be larger than the discount you just applied. Most merchants accept only one code per order, so the choice between them is the decision that matters.
