Here at "Rukn Coupons" ("Site", "we", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our site.

Our Promise: We Do Not Sell Your Data

As a premium coupon provider, our business model relies exclusively on affiliate partnerships with official stores. We never sell, rent, or digitally trade your personal information or email addresses to any third-party brokers under any circumstances.

Information We Collect

We collect two types of data:

  • Information you provide voluntarily: Your name and email when subscribing to our newsletter or using the "Contact Us" form.
  • Anonymous Reading Behavior Data (Blog pages only): When visiting blog articles, the site automatically collects — without identifying you — the following data: scroll depth, time spent, device type (mobile/desktop), traffic source, number of paragraphs read, and whether you clicked a discount code. No personally identifiable information (no IP, name, or email) is collected.

How We Use Your Information?

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

AI Content Optimization

How it works?

The site uses an internal AI engine that analyzes aggregated and anonymous reading behavior data (mentioned above) to determine the best placement for displaying discount coupons within blog articles. This engine works at the article level as a whole, not at the individual user level — meaning it calculates 'in which paragraph of this article readers tend to click the coupon' without tracking any specific person.

No personally identifiable information (no IP, no name, no email) is stored within this system. All data is aggregated and anonymized.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies that are essential to how the site works, plus cookies set by the analytics and advertising services described below.

  • Country preference: remembers the country edition you chose so we can show you the right offers.
  • Dismissed prompts: remembers that you closed the country-suggestion or notifications prompt so we do not show it again.
  • Content testing: an anonymous value used to test where coupons appear inside articles.

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Analytics and Advertising

We use third-party services to measure how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. These services may collect usage data, device information, and advertising identifiers, and may set their own cookies:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads: usage statistics and conversion measurement.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and TikTok Pixel: used when the corresponding campaigns are active.
  • Affiliate and advertising partners: banners and links that measure clicks and completed purchases so we earn a commission.

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization from your device or account settings.

Push Notifications

If you choose to enable notifications, we store a technical subscription record for your browser or device so we can deliver coupon alerts. This record contains a notification address (endpoint) generated by your browser or operating system, the encryption keys required to deliver the message, the subscription date, the device or browser type, and the country edition you are browsing.

In the iPhone and Android apps the record is different: it holds a notification token issued through Expo, the service that relays our messages to Apple's notification service on iPhone and to Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, together with your country, language, operating system, app version and the date it was last updated. The notification text passes through Expo and Apple or Google only to be delivered.

This record does not contain your name, email address, or phone number, and we use it only to send offers and coupon notifications — never for advertising profiling and never shared or sold.

Notifications are never enabled without your explicit consent, and you can turn them off at any time from your browser or device settings. Once disabled, we stop sending notifications and the related subscription record is removed. In the iPhone and Android apps, turning off “New offer alerts” in the app's settings deletes the record at once; revoking the permission in the phone's settings deletes it at the next send attempt, which is when we learn of it.

Our Mobile Applications

This privacy policy also applies to our Android and iOS applications. The apps display the same content as the website, and they do not collect any data beyond what is described in this policy. The apps may ask for your permission to send notifications, and you may decline or withdraw that permission at any time from your device settings. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. In the iPhone and Android apps, the stores and codes you save are kept on your device only and are never sent to us; when you copy a code, the app adds one to that code's anonymous copy counter — the same counter the website keeps — with no identifier attached.

Our Browser Extension: Coupon Codes Finder

Our Chrome and Edge extension shows the discount codes we hold for a store while you are on that store's site. It works differently from most coupon extensions, and the difference is the whole point:

The extension never sends us the pages you visit. It downloads our public list of stores and codes once every six hours and matches the site you are on inside your own browser. No request leaves your device when you open a store page, and we hold no record of your browsing.

The extension asks for access only to the specific merchant sites we actually hold live codes for — a named list you can read in the browser's permission screen before installing — and never for "all websites". On every other site it does not run at all.

Your country, your language choice, and any sites you silence are stored in your browser only. The extension does not read your shopping cart, does not modify the pages you visit, does not change or add any links, and does not redirect you anywhere. It shows a code and its conditions; applying it is your choice.

Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored, immediately and completely.

Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to third-party stores and websites (affiliate links). When you click these links and leave our site, we have no control over the privacy policies of those sites. We recommend reading the privacy policy of each site you visit to ensure your protection.

Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Requesting deletion of your data

This applies to the Rukn Coupons website and the Rukn Coupons Android and iPhone apps. We hold very little about you, and most of it you can remove yourself at any time:

  • Your email address, if you subscribed to the newsletter — use the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • Your notification subscription — revoke the permission in your browser or device settings, and the stored record is deleted.
  • Cookies stored on your device — clear them from your browser settings.

If you would rather we did it: open the contact page, write "delete my data", and include the email address you subscribed with if you did. We remove what we hold and confirm within 30 days. We do not require an account, because we do not have accounts. What is kept afterwards is only what cannot identify you — aggregate counters such as how many times a coupon was viewed, which are numbers on the coupon itself and are never linked to a person.
