Usage & validity
- Codes and already-discounted items
- A code may or may not apply to already-discounted products — it depends on that code's own terms
- Combining offers
- No two offers or discounts combine in one order unless stated otherwise
- How cashback is calculated
- On the order value before VAT, and any minimum for the offer must also be met before VAT
- The cashback balance
- Added after the order arrives, valid one year, usable only on the site and app, and not convertible to cash
- Cancelling or returning
- The cashback tied to that order is cancelled

Returns policy
- Make-up
- Never returned or exchanged after purchase; the store gives customer safety as the reason
- Return window
- 7 days from the day of purchase — not from delivery — and the product must be unused and in complete packaging
- Reporting a problem
- Within 7 days of receipt, with a photo and a video; furniture and appliances need a detailed video
- Returning a faultless item
- 25 SAR is deducted from the refund in the care sections, and 100 SAR in furniture
- If delivery fails
- Three attempts, then the order goes back and the money is refunded minus a 19 SAR delivery fee
- Compensation for a damaged item
- A store voucher for the item's value, valid for one month from issue — not cash; partial damage is compensated proportionally
- A wrong item
- The correct item is reshipped once the return arrives unopened and in original condition; sometimes a voucher is given instead

Is Dar Alamirat right for you?
Who it suits
Someone buying a hair or skin care product they already know and use, in a single order — the store does not allow two offers in the same order, so choosing between codes is a choice, not a stack.
When it isn't worth it
Do not buy make-up here that you are trying for the first time. The store accepts no make-up returns or exchanges after purchase at all, and make-up is its largest section — so choosing a shade here is final. Even in the other care sections, returning a faultless item costs 25 SAR, and furniture 100 SAR. Mind when the clock starts: seven days from the day of purchase, not from delivery, so a slow delivery eats your window. If something arrives damaged, the compensation is a store voucher valid for one month rather than cash. And returning the order cancels the cashback attached to it.
