Return Windows at Saudi Stores: From 48 Hours to 30 Days

Before you press "pay", there is a number that matters more than the discount: how many days do you have to change your mind?

We collected what each store states on its own page, and found that the difference is one of kind, not degree. One store gives you 48 hours; another gives you thirty days. The first means "decide before you open the box"; the second means "try it at your leisure".

Table one: how many days you have

Every row is read from the store's own page, with its link and the date we read it.

But the window alone misleads

A thirty-day window on a product that cannot be returned once its packaging is opened is not a thirty-day window. This is what each store excludes:

Store	Not returnable once opened	Source
The Body Shop	Unused · in its original packaging with all its labels · with the purchase invoice	the store's page · read 20 September 2026
Doctor Nutrition	Unused, unopened and in its original packaging	the store's page · read 2 October 2026
Namshi	Cannot be returned or exchanged at all under the store's policy	the store's page · read 5 October 2026
Reef Perfumes	Not returnable or exchangeable, except for a manufacturing defect	the store's page · read 20 September 2026

Notice what this means in practice: at supplement and beauty stores, opening the pack is the final decision. The window protects you from a mistake in the order or a defect in the product, not from disliking the taste or finding the colour different from the photo.

And table three: what a return costs you

A long window with high fees can be worse than a short free one — especially in categories where an item costs less than the fee itself.

Store	Return fee	Source
Maje	Returns and exchanges are free	the store's page · read 28 September 2026
Almaithaly	Deducted from the refund; the store does not state the amount	the store's page · read 3 October 2026
Vogacloset	16 SAR, deducted from the refund	the store's page · read 3 October 2026
Doctor Nutrition	Extra charges may be deducted according to the return cost, taxes and fees	the store's page · read 2 October 2026
Reef Perfumes	25 SAR	the store's page · read 20 September 2026

And a store with two windows

Maje has two windows, not one: 14 days to exchange and 7 days for a refund, counted from the day you receive the order and the same for full-price and discounted items (its policy read on 28 September 2026). So anyone who buys to try and then decide whether to keep the item has one week to get their money back — not two.

Four questions before you pay

What is the window, and from which date is it counted? Some stores count from delivery, some from purchase — and the difference is days.
Is my item excluded? Supplements, cosmetics and anything that comes sealed are the most common exclusions.
What does a return cost me? Work it out against the item's price: a fixed fee on a cheap product can exceed its value.
Can I exchange instead of returning? Some stores allow exchanges only in a branch, and some do not allow them online at all.

Every figure here is taken from the store's page on the date it was read. Policies change, and the date is part of the information.

Two comparisons from the same source complete this page: free-shipping thresholds and cash-on-delivery fees. And if you have a discount code, the steps for entering it are in our guide to using a discount code at checkout.
