Online Shopping Sites in Saudi Arabia: Shipping and Returns

Which online shopping site in Saudi Arabia is "the best"? The honest answer is that it depends on what you are buying and what matters to you. A store that gives you thirty days to change your mind is better for someone buying a size they have not tried; a store that delivers free with no minimum is better for someone ordering one cheap item — and they may not be the same store.

So we do not rank stores by opinion. For every store whose policies we have read on its own pages, we set out the three things that change your decision before you pay: when shipping becomes free, how many days you have to return, and what cash on delivery costs — each with the date we read it, because these terms change.

How to use this page

• Start with what you are buying. The stores are grouped by what they sell, so compare stores in the same group, not a fashion store with a pharmacy.
• If your order is small, look at the shipping threshold before the discount: a delivery fee can swallow what the code saves. The full comparison is in free-shipping thresholds.
• If you are not sure of the size or colour, the return window matters more than the discount. What each store excludes is in our comparison of return windows.
• If you prefer to pay on delivery, know the fee and what happens to the money if you return, in cash-on-delivery fees.

What you will not find here

A store missing from this page is not a bad store: it means we have not yet read its policies on its own pages, or that its page on our site is not yet complete enough to appear in search. Nor do we list discount codes here; the active ones for each store are on its page, with their conditions.

And if you have a code, read the difference between cashback and a discount code first: some codes are cashback that reaches you later, not a discount that shows at checkout.
